What a location!!! Peaceful and serene.
Beautifully built and nicely maintained, up the mt.madonna. Found lot of devotees and picnickers on the spot. Prasad were brought by devotees and distributed at the temple after placing in front of deity. The main priest is found to be an american, traveled to india and learnt the pooja techniques. They carry out aarathi at 6-30 am and 6-30 pm every day. Besides selected one tuesday of the month they carry out hanuman chalisa recitation multiple times to invoke the god. It is a very interesting location to visit.

On the road we could see wild deers moving and crossing the road, with deep forest either side. Very nice temple in a beautiful mountain. It has small Ganesh temple in the premises.

What I liked most is the ambiance created and maintained with minute details. It gives glimpses of any traditional Indian temple. Beautifully decorated temple, nice place to sit, pray & meditate. Some nice pictures of deities & statues.some old artifacts & items related to worship.
